As electric vehicle (EV) adoption accelerates across the United States, electric utilities face increasing pressure to prepare the grid to support this transition. Utility regulatory staff and state legislative teams play a critical role in making sure that the impacts of transportation electrification are both equitable and beneficial for utilities and ratepayers. This course provides foundational and advanced education on the important role utilities and regulatory commissions play in enabling transportation electrification and managing its grid impacts.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellations:
A 20% processing fee applies to all cancellations. If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization for a live online course, a cancellation request must be submitted no later than 7 business days prior to the first day of the course. To request a cancellation, please send an email to npdsupport@naruc.org. Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus the 20% processing fee.

Substitutions:
A $50 processing fee applies to all substitutions. If you cannot attend a live online course that you have registered for, you may substitute an individual from the same organization. The substitution request must be made no later than 7 business days prior to the first day of the course. The substitute must have a My NARUC profile in the system.
