The NARUC 2026 Annual Meeting and Education Conference is in-person only.
Register early and save! View the online agenda for specific details and times.

Payment via credit card is REQUIRED at time of registration.
As of July 7, 2025 advance and on-site registration for all categories of attendees must be made via credit card payment.
Online registration is open through Wednesday, November 4.

If you created your profile today, please be sure to use your full, official organization name so your profile is assigned to the correct registration category.

For new profiles, we recommend waiting until the next day to register for an event to ensure you receive the correct registration rate. If you do not see the appropriate rate when registering, please contact meetings@naruc.org.

Please note that registrations completed before the overnight system update may be charged at a higher rate, and NARUC is unable to issue refunds in these cases.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

CREDIT CARD POLICY
A full credit card payment is required to complete all registrations. A $150 processing fee applies for changing to a new credit card after payment has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS
A 20% processing fee applies to all cancellations.
If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, cancellation request must be submitted by Monday, October 26, via email to btan@naruc.org. Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus the 20% processing fee.

After October 26, no refund will be issued unless a written documentation of an emergency is provided. Individuals who do not attend the meeting ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.

SUBSTITUTIONS A $100 processing fee applies to substitutions.
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company in advance by October 26. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system; click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. If assistance is required, email meetings@naruc.org.

Substitutions may be made in advance by October 26, or afterwards onsite during the meeting.

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses in the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting reaches capacity, is canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

Please be aware that by registering for this event, you consent to your voice, name, and/or photographic likeness being used, without compensation, on NARUC’s website or social media channels, or those of others in attendees, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. You release NARUC, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all liability whatsoever of any nature.


PRESS POLICY
Cost: For NARUC meetings, press receive a complimentary registration. Please contact rdavis@naruc.org.

Badges: Press are assigned purple badges.

Credentials: We only permit credentialed media to register as press, meaning a bylined reporter or editor or photographer. We reserve the right to check credentials online or otherwise verify legitimacy of claimed credentials.

Session Access: Press may not access closed sessions or those marked or designated for Commissioners or Commission Staff Only.

Member Access: Requests for interviews should be vetted with the Communications Department. Attendees may refer press to the event host or the PIO managing the event.

Recording: Public, open panels may be recorded. No video or photographs or audio recording is allowed during receptions or networking breaks. We find that these photos are often taken out of context and inhibits natural, spontaneous conversations that ensue during our meetings.

NARUC Photos: Press are allowed to use photos posted on social media with the appropriate credit line.

Press Photos: Members of the press or their representatives taking photos during a panel or general session must do so unobtrusively and only photograph those persons who are presenting. (NARUC staff or our assigned photographer may photograph participants, as well as audience members, during sessions.

Continuing Education Information:

The NARUC Annual Meeting and Education Conference is not approved for CLE.
If you require a certificate to self-submit to a state CLE board, please email meetings@naruc.org after the conclusion of this event.

HOTEL RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS


Individuals attending the 2026 NARUC Annual Meeting and Education Conference must register before reserving a hotel room at the NARUC Group Rate. Hotel rooms may only be reserved using the official housing link provided in your registration confirmation email.


Important Hotel Reservation Policies:

  • Rooms within the NARUC hotel blocks are available exclusively to registered NARUC attendees.

  • One hotel reservation is permitted per registrant.

  • Reservations made by non-registrants or multiple reservations made for the same registrant are subject to immediate cancellation or a rate change.

  • Call-in reservations are not accepted.

  • Reservations made through other booking methods or directly with the hotel may be subject to different rates. NARUC staff cannot and will not adjust or apply the NARUC Group Rate to reservations made outside the official NARUC housing link.
