The NARUC 2023 Annual Meeting and Education Conference is in-person only.
The La Quinta Hotel is Sold Out!
The NARUC block is sold out. We recommend using your favorite hotel chain or a travel-related website and searching for hotels near 49-990 Eisenhower Drive to secure a reservation that fits your needs and budget. There are a variety of hotel styles, brands, and price points within a few miles of the La Quinta Resort. *Parking at La Quinta is complimentary.

Cancellations:If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, cancellation must be submitted via email to btan@naruc.org. A refund less a 20% processing fee will apply prior to October 30. After October 30, no refund will be issued unless documentation of an emergency is submitted. Individuals who fail to attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. Substitutions may be made in advance by November 6 or afterwards onsite. Email questions to meetings@naruc.org. Fees are non transferable to future NARUC meetings.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company by October 30. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system; click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. For assistance, email meetings@naruc.org.
NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

This is a scam. NARUC does not contract with such firms. In some cases, these companies falsely claim to be the official housing bureau or room representative for NARUC. We have NOT contracted with any company to serve as our representative. If the headquarters hotel sells out – overflow hotels will be noted on our website.
