The NARUC 2025 Winter Policy Summit is in-person only. Payment via credit card is REQUIRED at time of registration.

Cancellations:
If you cannot attend or do not have a substitute from the same organization, please submit your cancellation via email to btan@naruc.org. A refund will be issued minus a 20% processing fee, if cancellation is submitted by Friday, February 14. After February 14, no refunds will be granted unless documentation of an emergency is provided. Individuals who do not attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund, and fees are non-transferable to future NARUC meetings.

Substitutions:
Substitutions are permitted for individuals within the same organization or company until February 14. The substitute must have a profile in the system; click this link to create one: https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Substitutions can be made in advance by emailing meetings@naruc.org by February 14. After this date, substitutions must be processed at the meeting at the NARUC onsite registration desk.

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

The Winter Policy Summit is not pre-approved for CLE credits.
If you require a certificate to self-submit to a state CLE board, please pick up a Certificate of Attendance at the NARUC registration desk during the meeting.
