Join NRRI and a panel of experts to learn about a new administrative and cost-recovery framework for administering energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs being implemented in New Jersey. The new structure was developed during an extensive stakeholder process and includes several notable features applicable to DSM programs across jurisdictions. Sanem Sergici of the Brattle Group will present her analysis of energy efficiency administrator models that informed the discussion in New Jersey, Kelly Mooij from the Board of Public Utilities will cover the key features and policies in the Board’s order, and Anne-Marie Peracchio will discuss how New Jersey Natural Gas is working with the other utilities in the state to develop core programs, planning their own additional programs, and making changes given the new financial model.
