Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, cancellation must be submitted via email to btan@naruc.org. A refund less a 20% processing fee will apply prior to October 31. After October 31, no refund will be issued unless documentation of an emergency is submitted. Individuals who fail to attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. Substitutions may be made in advance by October 31 or afterwards onsite. Email questions to meetings@naruc.org. Fees are non-transferable to future NARUC meetings.

Substitutions:

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

We have applied for 1hour of Ethics pre-approved CLE credit in the state of California only. If you require a certificate to self-submit to another state, please pickup a Certificate of Attendance at the NARUC registration desk during the meeting.

The NARUC hotel conference group rate is $229 plus applicable tax. Rooms are available until sold out or the cutoff date of Wednesday, October 16. The link to reserve a hotel room will be provided to registrants in the meeting registration confirmation letter.

ROOM RESERVATIONS: Individuals attending the NARUC 2024 Annual Meeting and Education Conference must register to receive the link to reserve a room at NARUC Group Rate. Reservations are not allowed by calling the hotel(s). Rooms in the NARUC hotel block are for NARUC registrants only. One reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.

Room reservations must be made through the NARUC housing link. Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing link or with the hotel directly are subject to different rates and cannot and will not be adjusted by NARUC staff.

OVERFLOW HOTEL: NARUC has not contracted for an overflow option. When the NARUC block sells out, we recommend using your favorite hotel chain or travel-related website and searching for hotels near the Anaheim Marriott.

NOTE: Be wary of travel scams. If anyone claiming to be associated with a travel agency and/or “convention housing” contacts you with an offer for booking a hotel room for this event, do NOT provide your contact or payment information. This is a scam. NARUC does not contract with such firms. In some cases, these companies falsely claim to be the official housing bureau or room representative for NARUC. We have NOT contracted with any company to serve as our representative. If the headquarters hotel sells out – overflow hotels will be noted on our website.
