Efforts are underway in nearly half of the states to help low-income customers and communities benefit from solar energy. Many state level policies and programs are already in place, and many state and local agencies, utilities, and low-income service organizations are planning more. This webinar reviews current policies and programs that are successfully delivering cost-saving solar energy and associated products and services to low-income consumers, organizations that provide services to low-income clientele, and disadvantaged communities. Presenters will review key aspects of program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation and highlight the related efforts from U.S. DOE national laboratories.
