Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellations:
Written requests received by 5:00 pm on April 28, 2025 will be honored less 50% processing fee. No refunds after April 28, 2025 without documentation of a medical emergency. A $100 processing fee will apply. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel prior to the deadline, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. To cancel a registration contact (btan@naruc.org).
Registrations are non transferable to future NARUC Rate Schools.

Substitutions:
Substitutions must be received in writing via email by April 28. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact wharris@naruc.org with the substitution request. After April 28 substitutions may be processed with an additional $100 processing fee. Contact meetings@naruc.org

Guest Package Policy:
Guest may attend the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Thursday Dinner. Events may not be purchased individually. The companion package costs $115.00 per guest and must be bought and paid for by Friday, April 28. The package is non-refundable after May 5. To purchase a companion package, email meetings@naruc.org with your guest's name. Badge required for entry.

If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
