February 11 and 12, 2025 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Each Day
This 2-day, 4-hour online course explores how commitment to a public service culture can drive high performance. Presented by Steve Wright, former Bonneville Power Administrator and the author of Inspired Public Service, the course will discuss the importance of public service and introduce students to the ways in which their personal style can ensure good program outcomes. Students will learn about:
• Building purpose and pride
• Creating a Management structure with public service at the core
• Advancing An Effective Personal Accountability culture
• Building bipartisanship
• Developing a personal leadership style

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, cancellation must be submitted via email to
btan@naruc.org. A refund less a 20% processing fee will be provided if the cancellation is received no later than 7 business days prior to the start date of the course.
Substitutions:
