If unable to attend, registrant is expected to substitute his/her participation with another member of the same organization. In the case of an emergency where neither registrant nor a substitute is able to attend, cancellation request must occur by Friday, January 29, 2021 to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $95. Cancellations must be submitted in in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
