Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellations: A 20% processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and cannot secure a substitute from the same organization, please submit your cancellation via email to btan@naruc.org.

Refunds will be issued, minus the 20% processing fee, for cancellations submitted by July 17. After this date, no refunds will be granted unless you provide documentation of an emergency.

Please note that individuals who do not attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund, and fees are non-transferable to future NARUC meetings.


Substitutions:
Substitutions are permitted for individuals within the same organization or company until July 17. The substitute must have a profile in the system; click this link to create one: https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Substitutions can be made in advance by emailing meetings@naruc.org by July 17. After this date, substitutions must be processed at the meeting at the NARUC onsite registration desk.

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

Please be aware that by registering for this event, you consent to your voice, name, and/or photo likeness being used, without compensation, on NARUC’s website/social media or the websites/social media of others in attendance, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release NARUC, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability.

A certificate of attendance is available during the meeting and may be obtained from the NARUC registration desk or by email meetings@naruc.org after the Summit ends. The Summits are not pre-approved for CLE credits.

Individuals attending the NARUC Summer Policy Summit must register BEFORE reserving a hotel room at the NARUC Group Rate. Rooms may only be reserved using the link provided in the registration confirmation email. Rooms in the NARUC hotel blocks are for NARUC registrants only. One reservation per registrant. Non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.

THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM: The minimum stay is three nights (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, July 27 -29) at the Omni Boston Seaport Hotel. Pre- and post-night reservations will not apply to this minimum stay.
To avoid a charge of a one-night room and tax, you must cancel one week (7 days) prior to the date of arrival.

Rooms booked through other methods or directly with the hotel may be subject to different rates and cannot and will not be adjusted by NARUC staff.

The room rate at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is $269 plus 14.95% applicable taxes for single/double occupancy. This rate is based on availability within the NARUC room blocks. The group block closes when soldout or at 5:00 PM Eastern on Monday, July 2 . Please note that no call-in reservations are accepted.
