Event Dates:
Attendees planning to participate in-person/onsite are required to register in advance. In-person registration will be available until July 9. Onsite registration will NOT be available in Denver. Virtual participation registration will remain open through July 20.

The NARUC Summer Policy Summit is Hybrid. You may participate in-person or online. It will include six days of meetings and activities virtually only, on July 14 – 15 (EST) and hybrid July 18 -21 (MST). There are no events scheduled on Saturday and limited Committee meetings on Sunday of July 17 and 18. View the online agenda for specific details.

Cancellations:
If unable to attend, the registrant is expected to substitute his/her participation with another member of the same organization. In the case of an emergency where neither registrant nor a substitute can attend, a cancellation request must occur by Friday, July 9, 2021, to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $95. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to jvogel@naruc.org by July 14. Individuals who fail to attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. No onsite registrations or substitutions.

Substitutions:

Remember, this is a hybrid event. Registrants have the option to attend fully, in person, or virtually. Select how you wish to participate when registering.

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
