Thank you for your interest in hosting an ICW event. ICWs require a $525 fee payable via credit card at the time of the application process, except for select sponsor categories. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come basis. Rooms will be confirmed the week of June 22, and payment will be refunded if space is unavailable.
