Cancellation and Other Policies:

Cancellations: A $100 processing fee will apply to all medical emergency cancellations.
Written requests received before 5:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026, will be honored less a 50% processing fee. After September 18, the only refunds allowed must be accompanied by documentation of a medical emergency. A $100 processing fee will apply to medical emergency refunds. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend, substitute, or cancel before September 18, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. To cancel a registration, contact rateschool@naruc.org. Registrations are nontransferable to future NARUC Rate Schools.

Substitutions: A $100 processing fee will apply.
Substitutions will be processed with an additional $100 processing fee. Substitutions must be received in writing via email by September 18. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact rateschool@naruc.org with the substitution request. No substitutions after September 18.


Credit Card Policy:
A full credit card payment is required to complete all registrations. A $150 processing fee applies for changing to a new credit card after payment has been processed.

Guest Package Policy:
Guests may attend the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Thursday Dinner. Events may not be purchased individually. The guest package costs $180.00 per guest and must be bought and paid for by Monday, October 1. The package is non-refundable after October 1.
