NARUC 2026 Annual Meeting and Education Conference ICW Event Space Request
Sheraton Puerto Rico- November 8 -11, 2026
Thank you for your interest in hosting an ICW event.
A $525 application fee, payable by credit card at the time of submission, is required for all ICW requests, except for eligible sponsor categories. Meeting space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All requests must be received by
September 15, 2026.
Rooms will be confirmed the week of
September 28. Payment will be refunded if space is unavailable. Please see the meeting webpage for the current agenda.
Important: Due to limited meeting space at the headquarters hotel, the Sheraton Puerto Rico, availability for In-Conjunction With (ICW) meetings, private functions, and receptions is extremely limited. At this time, the greatest availability is on Wednesday, with a limited number of evening reception spaces available on other days.
To accommodate as many organizations as possible, each organization will be limited to one meeting or event time slot at the headquarters hotel, regardless of sponsorship level or package benefits.
We encourage organizations to submit their ICW requests as early as possible. All requests are subject to availability and NARUC approval, and space cannot be guaranteed.
