The NARUC 2021 Annual Meeting and Education Conference is Hybrid. You may participate in-person or online.

Attendees planning to participate in-person are encouraged to register in advance. Space is limited. Online registration is available through November 9. On-site rates apply. NARUC continues to monitor the latest COVID spike. We are moving forward with holding a Hybrid Annual Meeting and Education Conference. The health and wellness of our attendees is a top priority, and as such, NARUC will adhere to all local regulations and the CDC’s guidelines for masks and social distancing. Given that local conditions and related guidance are constantly evolving, NARUC will continue to monitor the situation and will update attendees on any changes in CDC policy or NARUC plans on our website and in email communications.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, cancellation must be submitted via email to meetings@naruc.org. A refund less a 15% processing fee will apply prior to October 29. After October 29, no refund will be issued unless documentation of an emergency is submitted. Individuals who fail to attend the meeting (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund. Substitutions may be made onsite.

Substitutions:

NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.

Continuing Education Information:

No pre-approved Continuing Education Credits are available for this event. If you require a certificate of attendance to self-submit, please email wharris@naruc.org, and title the email "Certificate of Attendance."

General Hotel Information:

Individuals attending the NARUC 2021 Annual Meeting and Education Conference must register to receive the link to reserve a room at NARUC Group Rate. Reservations are not allowed by calling the hotel(s). Rooms in the NARUC hotel block are for NARUC registrants only. One reservation per registrant is allowed. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.

Room Reservations must be made through the NARUC housing link noted in the registration confirmation email. Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC housing link or with the hotel directly are subject to different rates and will not be adjusted by NARUC staff. If you receive a phone call or email from any company claiming they are responsible for NARUC housing, do not work with them as it is a scam.
