Cancellation and Other Policies:
Cancellations:If unable to attend, registrant is expected to substitute his/her participation with another member of the same organization. In the case of an emergency where neither registrant nor a substitute is able to attend, cancellation request must occur by July 17 to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $95. Cancellations must be submitted in in writing to jford@naruc.org.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company at any time. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. For assistance, email wharris@naruc.org.
