Cancellation Policy:
Written requests received by 5:00 pm on April 28, 2023 will be honored less 50% processing fee. No refunds after April 28, 2023 without documentation of a medical emergency. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel prior to the deadline, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. Substitution Policy:
Substitutions must be received in writing via email by April 28. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system, click this link to create a profile https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact wharris@naruc.org with the substitution request. After April 28 substitutions may be processed with an additional $100 processing fee.
