Fall 23 Format: In-person only. Students must participate in the in-person classes and team working sessions. Agenda is based on Eastern Time Zone.
Cancellation Policy:
Written requests received by 5:00 pm on October 6, 2023 will be honored less 50% processing fee. No refunds after October 6, 2023 without documentation of a medical emergency (a $100 cancellation processing fee will apply). Cancellations by telephone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel prior to the deadline, you are still responsible for the full registration fee. Send cancellation request to Bunnary Tan (btan@naruc.org).
NARUC reserves the right to cancel courses due to the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a meeting is at capacity, canceled, or postponed, the Association will fully refund course registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
Substitution Policy:
Substitutions must be received in writing via email by October 6. A ‘NEW’ person must have a profile in the system. Create a profile at https://www.naruc.org/mynaruc/. Once a profile has been created, please contact wharris@naruc.org with the substitution request. After October 6 substitutions may be processed with an additional $100 transfer fee. Contact meetings@naruc.org. No substitutions after Wednesday, October 11.
